The Staff Trainer’s Blog was created for purely selfish reasons. I realized that most learning and development blogs that I came across were very general and seemed more geared towards organizations with big budgets and larger training departments. Thus, I set out to create a blog that provided resources on workplace learning, job performance, personal development and training issues.The Staff Training Blog strives to improve the lives of the people we serve by enhancing and developing professional growth among trainers. While hopefully anyone reading this blog will find useful information, most of what you will find will be geared towards trainers and managers working in the caring industry including non-profits, education, medical, human services and social services.
